 AdAstrA Research Group announces the release of the long awaited product - TRACE MODE 6 OPC server.
The TRACE MODE 6 OPC server is an independent software application of the professional line. The TRACE MODE OPC server provides access to the real time data (channels) of any TRACE MODE and T-Factory servers and PLCs via standard protocols OPCDA 1.0 and 2.0.
The TRACE MODE OPC server enables any third party program application, provided with OPC client, to exchange data with any TRACE MODE and T-Factory project nodes (MicroRTM, RTM, RTM+, T-Factory RTM+ ). It may be used to connect PLCs (e.g. WinCon 8000, ADAM 5510M, ICP/DAS i8000, Octagon Systems Micro PC etc) run under Micro TRACE MODE to any third party SCADA/HMI software. 
The TRACE MODE OPC server may also be used to connect third party software products to the TRACE MODE SCADA/HMI and T-Factory MES/EAM/HRM servers.
One OPC server may exchange real time data simultaneously with several TRACE MODE 6 and T-Factory 6 runtimes through the TCP/IP network, RS 232/485, dedicated or dial up modem line and even through GSM.
In the next future the OPC Historical Data Access (HDA) specification will be also supported in TRACE MODE and T-FACTORY.

AdAstrA Research Group, Ltd made available an external driver for Micro TRACE MODE 6 industrial controller programming system. This driver is designed to connect WinCon 8000 controller to sensors and flowmeters using a popular HART protocol. 
Like any software each TRACE MODE version has its life cycle and, after passing it, each version becomes “old”. TRACE MODE 5 is an old version. Its development was stopped in 2004.
In the SCADA TRACE MODE 6.04 the support of Mitsubishi controllers using FX Computer Link and DeviceNet protocols was improved. The new driver is now integrated in the TRACE MODE 6.04 development system.
The Micro TRACE MODE 6 is installed onto industrial controllers and provides data acquisition and digital process control with adaptive PI, PID and PDD loops selftuning. 
New 15th release of the
