If necessary, this form of technical support may include on-site service, engineering of new program components, I/O drivers, etc.
The personal technical support of TRACE MODE OEM-version includes the following options:
- Consulting for the architecture of control systems;
- Training of customer’s engineers at the TRACE MODE Authorized Training Centre with awarding the qualification of “TRACE MODE Certified Engineer”;
- Project supervision;
- On-site support;
- Special software engineering (drivers, ActiveX, utilities, applications, etc.);
