TRACE MODE HMI for Building Material Production in Uzbekistan

PROIZCOMPAVTO (Fergana, Uzbekistan), an authorized AdAstra's system integrator, has been successfully implementing  SCADA/HMI & SOFTLOGIC-system  TRACE MODE in process control systems at Uzbekistan enterprises producing cement, roofing slate, glass, glassware for more than 5 years.

PROIZCOMPAVTO's solutions are known for their economic efficiency (about $150 per a single input/output), effectiveness and  high reliability, which has been verified by many well-known Uzbekistan industrial enterprises.

QUARTZ Plant (Kuvasai, Uzbekistan) is the main glassware manufacturer in the Central Asia. A reconstruction of the glass-making shop has been performed jointly with TEKIN company (Italy). This shop provides the architectural, automobile and hardened glass with the thickness of 2 - 10 mm. PROIZCOMPAVTO's engineers have implemented  SCADA TRACE MODE in the control systems for glassware production, refractory brick production shops, in the control systems for the atmospheric protection station and the compressor shop.

SCADA/HMI TRACE MODE  is also successful in controlling the production processes at KYZYLKUMCEMENT Plant (Navoyi) where the process control systems have been developed for:

- 15 schenck metering devices for charging raw material mills,
- 8 raw materials mills, flour preparation for clinker burning furnaces,
- 3 rotating cement clinker burning furnaces,
- spiration process control systems, etc.

In KUVASAICEMENT Plant (Kuvasai), SCADA/HMI TRACE MODE  has been successfully operated in process control systems for 4 rotating clinker burning furnaces, 3 asbestos and cement metering devices for roofing slate production.

TRACE MODE has also been implemented in process control systems for clinker grinding mills at AKHANGARANCEMENT Plant (Akhangaran) and BEKABADCEMENT Plant (Beabad).

SCADA TRACE MODE  is widely used in the production of building materials. The system is effectively operated at such enterprises as Glavmosstroy-Beton, Nevyanskiy Cementnik, Novorosscement, 9th January Glass-making factory and at many other enterprises.

AdAstrA Beijing Representative Now Open

AdAstrA Representative for ChinaOn 24 April, 2006 AdAstrA Research Group has opened the Beijing Representative office. The office will focus on technical support for Chinese users of TRACE MODE SCADA software and will co-ordinate building of the Chinese national network of system integrators and dealers. Special attention will be given to the close OEM co-operation with Chinese instrumentation companies.

800 MWt Power Unit at Talimardjan Power Plant Launched under TRACE MODE SCADA/HMI Control

ZAO PIK ZEBRA (Moscow, Russia) the AdAstrA's system partner has completed development and successfully implemented control system for the power unit 1 (800 MWt) at Talimardjan heat power plant (Uzbekistan). The control system is based on KRUIZ DCS and SOFTLOGIC and HMI software TRACE MODE.

The Biggest Chinese Metal Plant Chose TRACE MODE SCADA/HMI

Baoshan Iron & Steel Plant is the biggest metal plant in China. In January 2004, a SCADA/HMI and softlogic process control system for air and oil supply to the rolling mill was successfully launched in the steel-rolling shop of Plant No. 3. The system has been developed by engineers of Silian Corporation, the biggest state instrument-making Chinese corporation.

The process control system has been made in the  SoftDCS architecture. It is based on FCS-2000 redundant PC-based controllers under control of Micro TRACE MODE softlogic software, remote I/O cards and TRACE MODE SCADA/HMI.  According to an OEM-agreement signed with AdAstra, Silian supplies the  FCS-2000 controller with TRACE MODE SCADA/HMI and softlogic software.  

Advantech Chooses TRACE MODE To Control Its Own Office Building

Advantech  Corporation (Taiwan) has presented the Advantech eBuilding Automation System, the control system for its own office building in Beijing  based on the Russian  SCADA & Softlogic system TRACE MODE (AdAstrA Research Group, Ltd, Moscow) and PC-based PLC ADAM 5510/HC (Advantech, Taiwan).

The Advantech Smart Building includes security, access control, climate (HVAC) and power utilities control.  The system has been developed according to the most advanced SoftDCS technology and based on PC-based PLC - ADAM 5510/HC controllers with Micro TRACE MODE , Ethernet network and Web-applications.

Naturally, that as software tool the developers prefered  TRACE MODE - a world leader in the SoftDCS technologies.

AdAstrA to Open New Kyiv Office!

SCADA TRACE MODE Ukraine

On January 19, 2007, we opened a new sales and support centre for SCADA TRACE MODE -  AdAstrA Ukraine in Kyiv.

The new company will offer a full-service cycle for both end users and partners of AdAstrA. The new office is designed to support AdAstrA Research Group, Ltd. strategy to ensure better customer and partner service across Ukraine.

TRACE MODE HMI for Gas-turbine Power Plants

Elna Company, the AdAstra's authorized  system integrator, has developed a new serial project: the process control system for low-capacity gas-turbine power plants up to 12 MW.

The developers believe that the implementation of such system will provide a tremendous economic effect: in Russia such system allows to reduce the cost of electricity in 1000 times.

The gas-turbine power plant  process control system has been developed on the PC-based PLC ELPK,  manufactured by Elna and the integrated SCADA/HMI & Softlogic system TRACE MODE 5, by AdAstra Research Group.

SCADA/HMI TRACE MODE in The Chinese Sugar Industry

The Silian corporation, one of the main AdAstrA's OEM-partners in China, has completed the development of DCS-system at the Yong Xin Sugar factory in the Guang Xi province (China).

The Yong Xin  factory is the biggest sugar factory in the South-western part of China, where great part of South-East Asia sugar cane is planted. The TRACE MODE based project is designed to control the process of feeding raw materials, water and other components, to provide HMI features, to collect data, to issue emergency alarms and display the process history on trends.
